So currently the only thing working is the disable.
Intel does have a newer driver, but the suggested optimized Dell XPS driver is the one installed so I left that alone. I then disabled other GPU and that DID work.
NOTE: I did all the steps of the page you sent, especially sections 7/8. System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:14, Stepping:13 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE FP, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX, AVX2, HyperThreading PS doesn't show it, but device manager also shows Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630:Īdobe Photoshop Version: 23.1.1 20220106.r.202 060a6d1 圆4
